SPMG Fall Photos Session #1

Here are some of the photos I took at a friends farm. We actually partnered up that day taking photos for some moms that belonged in our moms group. We had such a great time and the farm was amazing.

Look what I learned.

A co-worker/friend showed me a few things on photoshop elements last night so I thought I would share them. I loved this photo of Datyn but I did not like the bricks and tire on the right so I got rid of them cool hey. Thanks Becky you rock.

Been busy

Well this past weekend I have been busy. I was able to do 11 photos shoots. I can not wait to share the photos so please stay tuned photos will be up soon.

Uggh the weather

Well as you know winter arrived early, yuk but the forecast indicates things to start getting better in the near future so hopefully I will be able to get out there and take more photos. I have had a few cancellations but I guess that is apart of the business. This week I have my first editting course which I am looking forward to. So hopefully I will have some new photos up displaying my new techniques.

On Sept 29 th I had the pleasure of taking photos of my friend Wendys beautiful children. They were so amazing. I enjoyed spending time with them and got tons of photos.

On Monday I had the pleasure of meeting this little sweetie. He was such a good boy despite the change in weather.

This past thursday I had the pleasure of meeting the big brother of L and H. This little guy is so adorable. I loved taking photos of him that day.

Fees

I have a had a large response to the free photo session. Thanks everyone. I never realized how much time and energy goes into taking photos. So I have decided to start charging a fee of $30 per hour for now. To cover my time as I know it is worth it. However, if you have already booked with me or have discussed dates with me and are soon to commit I will honnor the free session. I also do make exceptions to family and close friends as well.

Little H and Littler L

Today I had the priviledge of hanging with an old friend and capturing the spirit of her beautiful children H and L. I get to meet again with them on Thursday and meet the big brother. These incredible children are so sweet and very engertic. Thanks for the great morning.

Splurge Week

Well this week I have spent some money towards the business. I bought a new labtop and bought some photography books to assist me in making my photography better. I am lucking to have such an understanding hubby!

More Beach Favorites

Here are some more photos at the beach. If any of you guys end up down visiting the Vancouver area skip White Rock and head over to Crescent Beach in South Surrey. Not so many people and it is just beautiful.

At the Beach

Here are some photos of Liam at the beach last September. I loved going to Crescent Beach. I think that is one of the things I miss about BC being able to go there. I regret not going there as much as we should have. I had my Nikon at this time.

Posting Issues

Okay, as you can see that I have uploaded some photos but not sure why the color looks so awful. Trust me the photo does not look that bad on my computer. Just when I upload it to the blog. Anyone know why or what I am doing wrong.

T & T's Wedding August 22, 2009

My dad and I had the privledge of shooting my cousin T and his bride T's wedding. They make a beautiful couple. Everyone was so easy to work with and made this day a great experience for us.
